FOR TODAY .........  Friday June 28th

Outside my window...Its cloudy and quiet for a change

I am thinking... My thoughts are all over the place today

I am thankful...I am thankful that we have gotten through this rough period so far since my husband lost his job and there is hope that it will all be over soon

In the kitchen... There is dishes to be washed and a fridge that needs some TLC

I am wearing...My PJs but I am changing my clothes soon :)

I am creating... I guess you could call writing my book creating ....I'm also knitting a pair socks

I am going... I am going out in a bit to visit some local thrift stores and see what I can find  ......really I can't afford to buy but its fun looking

I am wondering... If my grandson is really coming to visit I haven't seen him for a really long time !!!!!!

I am reading... I am reading 2 books right now..... One is Winter Garden and the other is The Power of Now

I am hoping...Michael gets the job ...He should know for sure on Wednesday

I am looking forward to...A time when we can go on a vacation and have fun again

I am learning.... To be grateful for all I have and to not judge people and expect more from them then what I expect from myself

Around the house...The is lots to be done if we don't move I need to pain and clean

I am pondering...There it is, the great pondering question ....What I am pondering is me .....Im just working on me and that requires a lot of pondering

A favorite quote for today...

One of my favorite things... I love going on road trips and even small drives in the country

A few plans for the rest of the week: Just waiting to hear news of Michael's job

A peek into my day...

“But is it such a bad thing to live like this for just a little while? Just for a few months of one's life, is it so awful to travel through time with no greater ambition than to find the next lovely meal? Or to learn how to speak a language for no higher purpose than that it pleases your ear to hear it? Or to nap in a garden, in a patch of sunlight, in the middle of the day, right next to your favourite fountain? And then to do it again the next day?”
