FOR TODAY..... August 6

Outside my window...There are sounds of construction but sunny skies from my *penthouse view today

I am thinking...... I wish I could go somewhere quiet where all I hear is nature ...Well not like crickets ...I hate crickets

I am thankful...... I am thankful for everything in my life from the smallest to the biggest thing I am bless with

In the kitchen.......There is a oven waiting to be cleaned and I am a woman who just wants to rest today

I am wearing........Cleaning clothes because I know the oven will get cleaned

I am creating......I am still writing my book ...Its taking longer then I thought but I now understand writers block

I am going...Hopefully I am going to go do something this weekend I am so tired of not doing anything :(

I am wondering...what color I am going to paint my living and dining room

I am reading.......I am reading Between Sisters by Kristin Hannah

I am hoping.......For a little extra money from somewhere I need my haircut and a pedicure

I am looking forward to.......Anything good that comes our way ...I'm trying my best to live in the present

I am learning.... To be thankful and enjoy what I have and consider myself already blessed and to stay focused on the present and just prepare not plan for the future

Around the house.......I need to get all this place painted and carpets cleaned before Xmas

I am pondering......Pondering gets me confused I have been thinking about ponder and I guess I don't know how to do that

A favorite quote for today...“When you get . . . to the end, you see that love and family are all there is. Nothing else matters.”   Kristin Hannah, Firefly Lane

One of my favorite things...... I love going to flea markets and cant wait to get back to Colorado and go to real ones again :)

A few plans for the rest of the week: Just clean relax and clean again

“But is it such a bad thing to live like this for just a little while? Just for a few months of one's life, is it so awful to travel through time with no greater ambition than to find the next lovely meal? Or to learn how to speak a language for no higher purpose than that it pleases your ear to hear it? Or to nap in a garden, in a patch of sunlight, in the middle of the day, right next to your favourite fountain? And then to do it again the next day?”
