Just some Thoughts

Friday, October 11, 2013

So it's like 7am and I've been awake for a hour before so I decided to get up  and when I get up this early what better to do than blog :)  .... So I'm really working hard at enjoying my life and digging myself out of a depression that almost won .... I have found out these past few months that I have people that actually care about me and my happiness matters .....

If people only knew how dark my places got sometime but my new motto is this quote and I mean to follow it ....Its time to stop dwelling on a broken past

I am also thinking about having some kind of bariatric  surgery ... I really do need to get some weight off  I have tried almost everything and nothing works .... I need some kind of help to get me on the right track ...... I already discussed it with my doctor and she has referred me so now its wait and see what I learn and what decision I will make  ....

Thanksgiving is here in Canada and we are going over to my sister's house on Sunday for the family meal ...I'm excited to see my mom she went back home to Newfoundland last Spring and is now back here in Ontario for the Fall and Winter .....Hopefully all the family will be there ... My dad passed away a few years ago and he will be missed as he is everyday but he will still be there....I will look at my brothers and sisters and my mom and  know dad's  presence will always be there ....  Cheers Dad ...... I miss you forever
I hope all my readers have a great weekend  be safe and stay well

“But is it such a bad thing to live like this for just a little while? Just for a few months of one's life, is it so awful to travel through time with no greater ambition than to find the next lovely meal? Or to learn how to speak a language for no higher purpose than that it pleases your ear to hear it? Or to nap in a garden, in a patch of sunlight, in the middle of the day, right next to your favourite fountain? And then to do it again the next day?”
