What do you do when you find yourself in a place where you know you don't belong .... When you are scared or uncomfortable ..... You get up and move of course .... You go to a place where you feel safe.


Well what if you are confined to that space and you can't just leave, what if it's something like sickness or pain that forces you to stay

No matter what binds us to a certain place or condition we must learn to not let it take over our state of mind ...... We have to try and always look and fight for that safe and happy state of mind because once we let that be confined and held by other things we have lost the battle

What is your state of mind today?




I sit here in pain but yet I find myself looking for quotes and pretty pictures that can feed my state of mind. Sometimes I will feel the grip of depression trying to take away my last ray of sunshine but it's then my state of mind will rise up and write me a new story where I am pain free and happy

Just reach out and live on memories if you have too ...Wrap your mind around a friend or love one ...whatever and whoever it takes but keep your happy state of mind ...Buy a plate maybe that's all it will take
